For example, the Italian company gets 38 million pounds annually, in exchange for garbage removal from three neighborhoods, Dokki and Agouza, starting with the collection of garbage from houses, sweeping the streets and washing them mechanically, which was not implemented by the company, and the mechanism of the previous administration did not follow the company, which led to the waste of millions of pounds, paid by the State to no avail or tangible achievements felt by Citizen in the street ».

He explained that the company "Beja" negligence and insisting on violating the terms of the contract amounted to the collection of 10 tons of garbage daily, equivalent to two cars, out of 1600 tons must be collected daily from the three neighborhoods, adding: "When I took over the functions of the Authority, early August 2013, I have signed many sanctions and fines on the company, and since then began to deal seriously with that company ».

The head of the cosmetics and hygiene in Giza, said: «When we started to hold the company seriously due to the aggravation of violations according to the contract with the government, refused to work, so we started to collect garbage, with the signing of fines and thus reduce the dues in the state, To the government, up to 787 thousand pounds during the month of November last, the same indebtedness for the month of December, and is currently limiting the rest of the debts of the company to Giza.

Hany stressed that the conservative crisis with the company lies with the citizen in the street who feels the disappearance of cleaning services, although he pays cleaning money with the delivery of electricity, in return for a service that does not get it. Therefore, the Authority is seeking to intensify its campaigns in cleaning the streets and paying new cleaners. New ways to raise garbage.

He pointed out that the Italian company tried to evade the new decisions of the Commission. After several meetings with Prime Minister Dr. Hazim El-Beblawy and the Governor of Giza and the intervention of the Italian Ambassador, the company officially requested the dissolution of the contract and submitted a study of financial settlement and obtaining the rest of its dues from the contract difference until 2020, 90 million pounds, which was rejected by the province of Giza, because the company did not comply with the terms of the contract.
